1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the TurkiApp platform. By browsing the site, creating an account or listing a company, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is handled.

2. What the platform does

TurkiApp is a directory of companies and the products and services they offer. Its purpose is to help you find a supplier and contact them.

No order is placed and no payment is taken on this platform. Prices shown are published by the companies themselves and are indicative. Any sale, delivery, invoice, warranty or refund is agreed directly between you and the company.

TurkiApp is not a party to that agreement, does not act as agent for either side, and bears no responsibility for its performance.

3. Accounts

• Browsing needs no account. One is required only to save favourites or to manage a company listing.
• The information you register must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
• We recommend enabling two-step verification, which is available on every account.
• An account created for you by an administrator must have its password changed on first sign-in.

4. Listing a company

Companies do not register themselves. You apply through the Join Us form, we review the application, and if it is accepted we create the listing and send login details to the email address you gave. Acceptance is at our discretion, and we are not obliged to give reasons for declining.

If you manage a listing, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to act for that company;
• the details you publish — contact information, location, descriptions and prices — are accurate and kept current;
• you hold the rights to the images and text you upload, or permission to use them;
• you may lawfully offer what you list, and you hold any licence or approval the activity requires;
• you keep availability honest — marking an item out of stock rather than leaving it listed as available;
• you answer the enquiries you receive within a reasonable time.

5. Contacting a company

When you send an enquiry from a product page, it is emailed to that company and a copy is stored on the platform, so that the message is not lost if their email fails to arrive. The company can see it, and so can an administrator.

We do not guarantee that a company will reply, or how quickly. The number of enquiries that can be sent from one connection in a short period is limited, to keep the feature usable for everyone.

The contact forms are for genuine enquiries. Using them to send advertising, bulk messages or anything unlawful is prohibited, and will cost you access.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with the platform, attempt to gain access you have not been granted, or probe it for weaknesses;
• collect listings, contact details or other content by automated means;
• publish anything false, misleading, offensive, or infringing someone else's rights;
• impersonate another person or company;
• use the platform for anything unlawful under the regulations of the Kingdom.

7. Content and ownership

A company keeps ownership of the content it publishes. By publishing it here, it grants us permission to host, display and promote that content on the platform for as long as the listing exists.

Everything else on the platform — its design, text, interface and software — belongs to TurkiApp or its licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We may remove or edit any content that breaches these terms, is unlawful, or is the subject of a credible complaint.

8. Featured placements

A company may be promoted on the platform for a defined period, and may appear in selected categories or across all of them. Placements are arranged and scheduled by us, and we keep editorial control over where promoted content appears and how it is presented.

Being promoted is a matter of placement only. It is not an endorsement by us of the company, its products or its claims.

9. Availability of the service

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features, and may carry out maintenance that makes the platform briefly unavailable.

10. Suspension, removal and deletion

We may suspend or remove an account or a listing that breaches these terms, that appears to be fraudulent, or that places the platform or its users at risk.

Deleting a company removes everything attached to it — its products, the images of those products, its featured placements, the enquiries it received, and its login account. This cannot be undone, which is why it is confirmed before it happens.

You may ask us to close your own account at any time.

11. Listings are the companies' own

Descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability are published by the companies. We review applications before a company is listed, but we do not verify every claim made in every listing, and we cannot guarantee that a product is as described, in stock, or offered at the price shown.

Satisfy yourself before committing to anything, and raise any concern with the company first. If a listing is wrong or misleading, tell us and we will look into it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the regulations of the Kingdom, TurkiApp is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of the platform.

In particular, we are not liable for any dealing between you and a company found through the platform, including anything bought, delivered, left undelivered, or disputed.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Your responsibility to us

If a claim is brought against us because of content you published or because you used the platform in breach of these terms, you agree to cover the loss and reasonable costs that result.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the platform develops. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them falls to the competent courts of the Kingdom.
